Description CUSTOMER OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (SPANISH BILINGUAL)Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:00am-4:00pm CST and every third Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST.

PCI is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Operations Coordinator who is dependable, solutions-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to support customers and team members alike.

- Handles escalated customer calls in both English and Spanish, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitors and manages inbound and outbound dialer queues, making real-time adjustments to meet business needs.
- Acts as a support presence for department employees by answering questions, assisting with issues, and guiding day-to-day processes.
- Ensures agent performance and dialer compliance by reviewing call lists and schedules.
- Performs opening and/or closing procedures for the building and department as scheduled.
Must-Have
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in a lead-type role, including handling escalated calls and supporting team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have, but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
- Previous call center experience.
- Prior experience in a Collections role.
- At least one year of relevant operational support experience.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:00am-4:00pm CST and every third Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
- Work Setting: In-Office, Call center environment.
- Starting Pay: $23.50- $26.75 per hour.

- Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency
