Description SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL)Must be in the St. Cloud area and have a reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.

Full‑Time, Tuesday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm CST & every Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm CST

PCI is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Client Support Associate who is client‑focused, detail‑oriented, and eager to support customers in a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients through each step of their account journey – providing clear guidance, resolving questions, and ensuring a positive experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
- Verify client identities and clearly explain financing terms to build trust and understanding.
- Provide real‑time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Must‑Have
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
- Experience in a call center or high‑volume support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
