About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Services Associate to join a leading financial institution that supports advisors in banks and credit unions nationwide. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and enjoy building long‑term relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors, helping them navigate systems, manage accounts, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Job Description
In this position, you will provide B2B call center support to financial advisors, averaging 45 calls per day (5–6 minutes each).
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting advisors with system navigation, account setup, document retrieval, and dividend redistribution.
- Answering questions related to IRAs, stocks, and general brokerage operations.
- Transferring approximately 20% of calls to specialized departments (e.g., annuities, trades).
- Building rapport with recurring callers across assigned regions.
- Accurately documenting interactions in the CRM system.
- Meeting call handling and quality standards while adhering to schedules.
- Participating in special projects and providing training support as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills with superior listening ability.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- 1+ year of call center experience preferred (but not required).
- Courteous and empathetic approach to client concerns.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude with energy and results focus.
Preferred:
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness to coaching.
