We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Roofing Project Management Specialist to lead and manage our commercial roofing projects. This vital role entails meticulous project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as reviewing proposals, blueprints, and other essential documents to create precise estimates for resource allocation needed for project success.
Qualifications and Responsibilities- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management and/or estimating.
- Extensive knowledge of various commercial roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.
- Work collaboratively with architects and other professionals from the pre-bid stage through to project completion.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Supervise the construction process to guarantee adherence to all relevant codes and quality standards.
