Six days a week, in neighborhoods all across the country, more than 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants are serving hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, hot waffle fries and genuine hospitality. And behind nearly every one of these restaurants are the franchise owners—or Operators, as we call them—fueled by entrepreneurial spirits for building businesses and communities. We’re looking for those leaders, both the people who want to make a difference where they live and those who want to put down new roots to introduce Chick-fil-A to the places we’ve never been before.

Becoming a Chick-fil-A® Franchisee offers the opportunity to build a business, shape a culture and invest in a better future.
Goal of Chick-fil-A Crossroads Leadership Development Program:
To be a competitive candidate as a potential Chick-fil-A Franchise Owner/Operator upon completion of the program. Candidate would either apply as an external with Chick-fil-A Experience or apply at a Chick-fil-A Corporate as a Talent Development Program or Leadership Development Program.
Duration: 36months
Projected Program Scope:
3 months – Front of House Team Member and Leadership Training
3 month – Back of House Team Member and Leadership Training
1 month – Train to be a Trainer
3 months – Shift Leadership
2 month – Director Level Training
6 months – Owning Specific areas of the business (Schedule, Training, Food Costs, Food Safety)
12-15 months – Creation, implementing and refining systems
3 months – Own the results as General Manager
Requirements for Chick-fil-A Crossroads Franchisee Development Program:

- Open availability Monday-Saturday
- Excellent financial stewardship
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year university
- Have 2-3 years of leadership experience with results
To qualify as a competitive candidate with Chick-fil-A Corporate you will likely need the following:
- $10,000 for franchise fee at selection
- Credit score above 700
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of demonstration
- Strong Leadership capacity with proven results
- 4-year college degree from an accredited university
- Ability to handle a multitude of difficult circumstances
- A person of strong character demonstrated over years
- Ownership mindset
- Ability to drive healthy results
Program Deliverables
- Will take at least 2 excellence trips to visit other Chick-fil-A restaurants excelling in specific areas or metrics
- Ability to refine and grow skills in a real work Chick-fil-A environment
- Visit to Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, GA.
- Access to Owner/Operator for monthly 1-1 meetings and mentorship
- Bonus potentials
- Coaching for Corporate interview process
- Mock Interviews with multiple Chick-fil-A Operators
- Able and ready to lead a Chick-fil-A restaurant by graduation
- Connections with Chick-fil-A Corporate staff and Business Leaders
Pay is based on experience.
