• Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes & adherence to ABRA’s technical repair processes.
• Ability to prep and paint vehicle in a timely manner.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license in order to drive customer vehicle.
• Prior painting experience is required or Vo-Tech certificate
• Demonstrated commitment to continued learning by participation in ongoing I-CAR Training.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
• ICAR and ASE training preferred
