Staff Accountant

The Minneapolis Parker + Lynch team has a great Accounting opportunity in the St. Cloud area. We are looking for an energetic finance professional with strong Accounting and problem solving skills who enjoys working with several departments and building those relationships cross-functionally. Responsibilities:

• Recommend and assist with implementation of changes to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, improve cash flow and take advantage of opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leadership team on general business decisions impacting company performance
• Month end close
• Quarterly Reporting
• Responsible to perform a variety of moderate to complex general accounting responsibilities, including journal entries and account reconciliations, in accordance with GAAP
• Provide accurate and useful information for management review

Participates in the decision making process through analysis and recommendations to management based on findings
