Home Depot - 6350 - ST. CLOUD WEST - Responsibilities:
Prevent financial loss by theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned store(s).;
Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor the store's physical security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive shrink elimination in the store.;
Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions.;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out responsibilities in a manner that minimizes risk of injury, while remaining focused on store objectives and operational responsibilities.
