Compensation and schedule details:

• Drivers are paid between $30-$32 per hour depending on scheduled shift and location
• Overtime pay starting at 40 hours per week
• Drivers are eligible for monthly and annual bonuses
• $1,500 Sign-on Bonus - first half paid at 90 days; second half at 180 days of active employment
• Availability to work variable shifts as dictated by business needs
• Typical shift for this position is Sunday - Thursday Night Shift - 6 PM Start Time (Fri/Sat Off)

• Drive defensively and follow all applicable laws and regulations to maintain Gemini’s safety reputation as one of the safest tank carriers
• Drive company trucks to load and deliver fuel and commodities to Love’s retail and third party customers;
  Gemini operates 24/7/365
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, local and company rules and regulations for safe operation of hazardous cargo tank motor vehicles
• Know and apply proper loading/unloading methods for various cargos
• Maintain contact with logistics as needed
• Complete driver electronic logs and all necessary documentation as required by the company
• Follow all guidelines regarding professional conduct with customers, colleagues, vendors, and the motoring public

• 1-2 years of verifiable over-the-road driving experience or certification from an accredited truck driving academy
• Knowledge of all applicable DOT and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

• Each driver must have a Commercial Driver's License and other appropriate endorsements (Haz Mat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples) and state requirements as required by law
• Each driver must qualify physically and obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate under 49 CFR

• Availability to work variable shifts as needed
• Ability to drive for up to 11 hours and work up to 14 hours while transporting hazardous materials and sitting for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet 49 CFR 391.11(b)(1)
• Must be able to read and speak English per 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2)
• Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections (walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, climb)
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Normal hearing, vision, and sense of smell
