• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces and common areas as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus
