• Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC certification, electrician license) are preferred.
