Psychologist - Fully Licensed

Behavioral Care Solutions is the largest psychiatric and psycho-social services provider in long-term care in the Mid-West, supporting 600 long-term care facilities in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana...and expanding.

We are seeking FULLY licensed Psychologists who specialize, or have interest in, long term, geriatric behavioral health.

Location:

Saint Clair Shores, MI.

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time.

• Provide direct psychological services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of geriatric patients at various facilities.
• Provide psychological therapy as part of care.
• See 10 - 15 patients per full-service day.
• Neuro-psychological and psychological testing – administration, scoring and report writing.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines and assure continuity of care.
• Knowledge of Medicare standards and documentation.

• Psy.
  
  D./Ph.D. from an accredited university plus experience.
• Valid full state license;
  Medicare approved status.
• Demonstrated skills in communication with patients, families and staff.

• Weekday, daytime position: M-F

• 1+ year experience providing mental health services to the geriatric population.
