We are seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide hands-on assistance and care to resident in our Assisted Living & Memory Care community. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and committed to maintaining the dignity, safety, and well-being of each resident while following care plans and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide person-centered care in accordance with individual care plans
- Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Follow HIPAA and resident rights policies at all times
- Assist with transfers and proper use of mobility equipment
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and leadership
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
