Position Details- Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm
- Salary: Starting at $18.77/hour, with higher rates based on experience; increases to $19.52/hour effective June 17, 2025
- Reports To: Assigned Supervisor

Job SummaryThe Maintenance Worker performs skilled maintenance tasks to ensure facility safety and functionality, including completing work orders, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting other maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities- High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training preferred.
- Relevant experience in maintenance trades required.
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, operate equipment, and drive vehicles.
- Methods, practices, and tools in various trades.
- Health and safety regulations and facility maintenance requirements.
- Follow directions, work independently, and solve problems.
- Work effectively with diverse individuals and maintain good working relationships.

Physical Demands & Work Environment- Frequent climbing, balancing, and fine motor skills.
