Our Service Technicians are versatile, inspecting buildings, performing repairs, and readiness work such as framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear on our fleet of modular buildings. A focus on quality and safety is essential for this role.

• Follow Williams Scotsman Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
• Promote health and safety through creating a safer workplace, DuPont STOP┢, training, observations, and assessments.
• Attend safety meetings regularly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Operate company vehicles safely with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Perform repairs on mobile office trailers, including carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Inspect and document off-rent buildings, create floor plans, and assess damages for invoicing.
• Modify trailers per customer requests.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and services.
• Ensure trailers are ready for delivery on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Perform yard service tasks as needed.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Conduct HVAC checks and maintenance per guidelines.
• Perform duties at field locations as required.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and good communication skills.
• Carpentry experience required; electrical, plumbing, and welding skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
