Marina Store Supervisor

Do you love ice cream? Do you enjoy working with people? Looking for a fun, fast-paced seasonal job? We’re hiring energetic, friendly team members to join our busy ice cream shop for the season!

• Greet customers and take customer orders
• Scoop and serve ice cream with a smile
• Handle cash/register transactions with hospitality and friendliness
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Create a fun, welcoming experience for every customer
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Clean the windows, doors, counters, and coffee service, if applicable
• Vacuum and clean the store every day after closing
• Maintain an awareness of and comply with any applicable laws and regulations, including safety and handling of fresh food
• Maintain a professional relationship with all vendors, management, co-workers, and customers
• Ensure adherence to departmental and / or operations policies, procedures, and practices
• Perform such duties as assigned by the Marina Store Supervisor and management

• Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30lbs+
• Demonstrate ability to perform efficient and correct calculations
• Previous experience as a cash register preferred
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor and ability to get along with customers and co-workers
• Ability to problem-solve when attending to customer needs and complaints
• Ability to clearly communicate with management and co-workers
• Must have strong organizational skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Work at heights of up to 20 feet
• Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, reaching, grasping.
