Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven leader to help drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a vibrant, fashion-forward retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Train and coach store associates.
• Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory and handle logistics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a solid understanding of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

Starting Wage: $16.15
