Dining Service Associate

Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $20.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Perform defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment;
Assist with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events;
Assist with dining room set up including setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents;
Assist with all aspects of clean-up to ensure all dining service areas are maintained in accordance with policies and standards;
Maintains all necessary documentation including checking and recording food temperatures in HACCP logs, recording product usage and waste amounts, and recording any other information needed
