Join Our Growing Team. We're hiring Landscape Crew Members to help maintain and improve commercial and residential properties throughout St. Louis County. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow with a dependable, team-oriented company.

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Planting, mulching, pruning, and general landscape work
• Fertilizing and irrigation assistance
• General grounds and property maintenance
• Operating hand tools and landscaping equipment
• Working as part of a team to maintain clean, attractive properties

• Starting wages start at $17/hour, based on experience

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Landscaping or groundskeeping experience a plus (not required)
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on your feet for most of the day

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
