Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our evening shift team. We believe caregiving is a work of the heart, and we foster a culture built on trust, communication, and respect so our staff can provide the highest level of resident care.

The CNA provides direct resident care and support to nursing staff while ensuring comfort, safety, dignity, and well‑being. This role is essential to maintaining a positive environment and high‑quality outcomes for residents.

• Provide direct resident care according to care plans and instructions
• Conduct rounds at the beginning of shift and every two hours
• Verify resident identification before care or meal service
• Maintain clean, organized bedside and room areas
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within reach
• Report missing  or concerns promptly
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership

• Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri
• BLS/CPR certified
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and detail‑oriented
