Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekend-only positions in St. Charles, MO. Weekend Options: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM. This role is ideal for nurses seeking predictable weekend hours, competitive pay, and a supportive long-term care environment—without weekday commitments.

Saturday & Sunday only; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM. No weekday commitment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Participate in shift reports and hand-offs
- Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1-2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience a plus
