• Ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Operating within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Providing resident care and directing nursing care during assigned shifts; includes staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel.
• Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to coordinate care.

• Active, in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Proven ability to work with seniors and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
