Long Term Acute Care

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels.
• Provides direct care along with delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships and utilizes professional skills.
• Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

• 1 year as Registered Nurse required; may vary by client and setting.
• Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred.
• ICU, Med Surg and Telemetry experience strongly preferred.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
