• Oversee the organization s mid-level, annual fundraising efforts, including identifying, cultivating, and administering third-party fundraising, in-kind donations, and volunteers.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area s most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

• A Director with a Bachelor s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, or a comparable field.
• At least 2-3 years of fund development/nonprofit fundraising experience and at least 1-2 years of management experience.
• A valid driver s license or the ability to obtain one, and the ability to travel locally.
• Salary: starting at $63,000/year.
