**** AFB International – Where We Make Pet Food Taste Great!**### Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician II - Dry - D Crew, you will commit to:* ### D Crew Shift

Hours:

6 pm-6 am;
Every other Wednesday, every Thrusday, Friday and Saturday night.* ### Prioritizing safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.* ### Conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.* ### Accurately logging production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.* ### Mixing dry goods with precision and care.* ### Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change, and equipment repair.###

### Requirements to join our team:* ### Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.* ### Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus).* ### Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment.* ### High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment.
* ### Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen.
