Domino’s Pizza is hiring managers—specifically assistant managers. The role requires judgment, math, multitasking, and the ability to lead a team.

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example—follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Manage attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
• Handle cash, profit and loss, and ensure proper packaging and delivery of pizza.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive store culture.

• Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and ability to make quick, accurate monetary change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for processing orders and giving instructions.
• Computer and phone proficiency for order entry and scheduling.
• Ability to navigate a delivery area, read maps, and handle adverse terrain.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry large trays, and perform repetitive motions.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

• Most tasks are performed standing; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Will frequently lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and push/drag trays on dollies.
• Must climb stairs and navigate delivery routes.
• Driving required to deliver pizza within designated area.
• Work involves exposure to heat, cold, and food odors.
