- Ensure the smooth operation of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to provide a comfortable environment for our guests.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they impact guest experience.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to prioritize maintenance tasks and align them with guest needs and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to manage repairs and upgrades, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives to enhance the sustainability of our property, contributing to our commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Work a standard of 6 hours or more in one work setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
- Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in building maintenance, particularly in the hospitality industry, ensuring guest satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to guest safety and comfort.
- Proven track record of maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations and a comfortable environment.
- Skilled in conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance, identifying potential issues before they affect guest experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospitality team, aligning maintenance tasks with guest needs and operational goals.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Ability to coordinate with external contractors and vendors, managing repairs and upgrades with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Compensation: $19+ hourly
