Senior Configuration Analyst - PathNet Lab Product; Hybrid Kansas MO office

Job Description

We are hiring a Configuration Analyst whose primary focus will be domain configuration leveraging data collected by our consulting team with whom we will have regular interactions and will co-manage projects with. This team’s focus is on Path Net generally, and prefers high level experience with Path Net General Lab and Path Net Specimen Management experience in anyone who. Experience with Path Net Anatomic Pathology, Path Net Microbiology, Path Net Blood Bank Transfusion or Millennium Infection Control strongly preferred.

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
• Complete complex system configurations independently
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
• Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Path Net LAB product(s).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.

• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US:
Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 - $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 - $126,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
  
  Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
