We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Microsoft Cloud Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on Azure Hybrid cloud, to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions for our clients. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud services.

The work location for this role is flexible if approved by Covenant except this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado and California.
Responsibilities:- M365 Administration Portal
- Microsoft Power Shell script development for Entra , M365, Graph API
- Hyper-V
Education, License or Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft VDI, Microsoft 365, and related security foundations.
- Extensive experience with Active Directory, including management of user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell) for automation and management tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Experience with cloud governance and compliance frameworks.
- 1-3 years consulting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., One Drive, Teams, Security).
- Experience implementing and managing user identities and workload identities and identity governance.
- Experience implementing authentication and access management.
