Location: St. Charles
Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $25.15/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and administers medication to residents under the direction of the nursing staff and documents accordingly.;
Observes residents for adverse effects, interactions and implications of medicines.;
Provides medical and physical care to residents to meet their daily needs.;
Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident's electronic health record.;
Participates in the resident's care/service plan and supports daily activities and decision-making.
