Overview

Home Team Homecare is a reputable homecare agency offering two primary services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Through our Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program, patients can select and employ their preferred caregiver, including a family member or friend. We also provide in-home care services, matching clients with professional Home Health Aides when they require care at home but don't have their own caregiver.

Our services are Medicaid-supported, and we are also contracted with the VA and offer Private Duty care. Our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable care that enhances the quality of life for those in need.

• Experience with caregiving tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices, including medication reminders and mobility assistance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the client's location (St. Charles, MO)
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to providing exceptional care
