Overview
Join Our Team as a Case Manager! Starting Pay: $48,609.60/year ($23.37/hour)

As a Case Manager, you will join a team dedicated to providing resources and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Our culture is built on community values such as respect, connection, integrity, trust, and continuous learning.
Qualifications- Must be located in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university
- Preferred experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Preferred experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting, focusing on person-centered plans
