Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral and standards of treatment, the Clinical Rehabilitation Physical Therapist performs objective assessments and creates comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

- Education:
Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy. - Licensure:
Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice. - Certifications:
BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before the provider is assigned to care for patients independently. - Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
