Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

• Utilize evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders, per regulatory and clinical practice requirements, under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Offer skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assess and document patient’s progress and communicate with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provide input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
