Location: On-site | St. Charles, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Starting Pay: $18/hr

What You’ll Do- Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
- Support teller transactions and account maintenance
- Assist customers with online & mobile banking tools
- Recommend banking products based on customer needs
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional service
- Support branch goals through teamwork and relationship building
- High school diploma (some college a plus)
- Customer service, banking, or cash‑handling experience preferred
- Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills
- Friendly, solution‑oriented mindset and reliability
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
