St. Charles, MoA Primary Care Physician opportunity is available within a steadily growing outpatient clinic, offering the chance to step directly into an established patient panel in a highly supportive and collaborative environment.

The practice currently includes five physicians and four advanced practice providers, with anticipated growth as future retirements approach. The clinic serves more than 9,000 active patients, including over 3,400 Medicare lives, ensuring strong and consistent demand.

Position Details Full-time (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday schedule 100% outpatient practice

Scheduling Model Initial schedule: 40-minute appointments for all visit types Progressive model: 40-minute new patient visits 20-minute follow-ups Mature schedule: 30-minute new patient, annual wellness, and hospital follow-up visits 15-minute acute visits

Call Schedule Weekdays:
Physicians manage their own call Weekends and holidays:
Rotating schedule One weekend every five weeks Call volume is minimal due to RN triage team support
