Job SummaryAs a Call Center Representative, employees will receive calls from prospective and current clients. You will be working with them by assisting in Medicare enrollment. The call center employee works with the client to verify eligibility and gathers the necessary information from the client to assist with the Medicare enrollment.
This is not a remote position.
ResponsibilitiesTaking inbound calls, listening to client questions and fulfilling their needs. Guiding clients through the enrollment process with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills- Uncapped Bonus and Commission
- 26% of our Licensed Advisors are Top Producers with an annual wage of 100k – 150k+
- 21% of our Licensed Advisors have an annual wage of 60k – 85k
- Renewals begin after 13 months, adding more potential income.
- Health Insurance available after 60 days
- 401k with a partial company match
- Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays, NO SUNDAYS
- All training paid
- Surprise Incentives throughout the year
