In this role, you will be actively engaged in conducting tests and inspections on various construction materials, both on-site and in our state-of-the-art materials laboratory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of tests and inspections on construction materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Prepare comprehensive written and electronic reports documenting test results and observations.

Maintain clear and effective communication with site personnel, as well as office staff, to coordinate testing activities and address any issues or concerns.

Provide supervision and training to less-experienced staff members, as needed, to facilitate their professional development.

Adhere strictly to established safety procedures and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in construction materials testing preferred.

Prior experience in construction materials testing or a related field is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and report test results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
