Position: Front Desk Receptionist/Event Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview

Whitmoor Country Club is seeking two friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist / Event Assistants to join our team. Each role is 24 hours per week and serves as the first point of contact for members and guests while supporting the events team. These positions also involve capturing club events and experiences for social media to showcase the vibrant life of the club.

These positions are ideal for candidates who enjoy hospitality, interacting with members, supporting events, and helping create memorable experiences. Some evenings and weekends will be required to support events.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Member Services
  • Welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Assist members with reservations, event sign-ups, and club information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Event Support
  • Help prepare event materials such as signage, menus, place cards, and registration lists.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and member satisfaction.
  • Track RSVPs and help manage guest lists for events.
Social Media & Club Content
  • Capture photos and short videos during club events and activities.
  • Share content with the marketing or events team for social media and member communications.
  • Help highlight member experiences and events in real time.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized records, calendars, and event documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling, and general office tasks.
Qualifications
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to capture photos and videos.
  • Previous hospitality, reception, or event experience preferred, but not required.
