St. Charles, IL — 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. The company offers steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

  • Competitive weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay varies by experience and route); pay issued weekly via direct deposit.

Training program (for eligible candidates):

  • Fully paid three- to five-week training for recent CDL graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
  • Training topics include safe tractor-trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and company procedures.
  • Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations before independent assignments.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop-and-hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
  • Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on-time performance.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip reports.
