About On DemandYou can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. On-Demand TM roles are not posted on the weekly schedule; you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime mobile scheduling app.
Reliable attendance is required when you pick up shifts. You must engage by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum four hours). If you do not respond to contact attempts, employment may be terminated. If you do not work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment may be terminated administratively. After being offered a position, you will attend Target Welcome and a short-term training schedule.
The myTime app is used to pick shifts.
