Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr.

Hourly wage: $21 - $34 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods of time and providing assistance with customer questions and needs.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
