• Serve food timely using Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the dining room to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the kitchen rotational cleaning schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s cleanliness expectations.

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Exhibit a “learner’s mindset.”
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
