Marketing Manager

• Help to develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube).
• Participate in managing paid and organic digital strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop engaging campaigns.
• Stay up to date with Google platform updates, trends, and best practices.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spend.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads & Google Analytics.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results (lead generation, e-commerce growth, or brand awareness).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media advertising, and other digital channels is a plus.
• Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification preferred.
