The Buyer supports production and operational needs by sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective, timely procurement. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be proficient in MRP planning, inventory management, supplier selection and development, and price negotiation.

Key Responsibilities- Follow company policies and industry standards for ethical and compliant purchasing.
- Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services to support production needs.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
- Review pricing, conduct cost analysis, and identify savings opportunities.
- Use MRP planning tools to support accurate purchasing and production alignment.
- Partner with inventory and production teams to maintain proper stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Follow company policies and industry standards for ethical and compliant purchasing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of buying or supply planning experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or procurement systems.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
