• Ensure the smooth operation of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to provide a comfortable environment for our guests.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they impact guest experience.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to prioritize maintenance tasks and align them with guest needs and operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to manage repairs and upgrades, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement energy‑saving initiatives to enhance the sustainability of our property, contributing to our commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Work a standard of 6 hours or more in one work setting.

• Experience in building maintenance, particularly in the hospitality industry, ensuring guest satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to guest safety and comfort.
• Proven track record of maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations and a comfortable environment.
• Skilled in conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance, identifying potential issues before they affect guest experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospitality team, aligning maintenance tasks with guest needs and operational goals.
• Experience in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Ability to coordinate with external contractors and vendors, managing repairs and upgrades with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

$19+ hourly
