Responsibilities
  • Your day to day as a Home Health PTA: provide hands-on physical therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring they progress toward their recovery goals; collaborate closely with physical therapists to implement customized care plans; maintain open communication with patients and their families to address any concerns; track patient progress and document outcomes, all while demonstrating empathy and support during their journey.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving to overcome challenges; prioritize providing exceptional customer service in every interaction; navigate various home settings and adapt your approach to each unique environment, all while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills—clear interactions with patients and their families ensure everyone understands the care plan and feels supported.
