Location: St. Charles
A growing manufacturing organization in St. Charles, Illinois, seeks a hands-on Controller to lead a team of three in the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing accounting experience and over 5 years of hands-on leadership in accounting, including cost accounting. Responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and leading a transition from outsourced to in-house functions.
Strong communication skills and experience with ERP implementations, particularly Epicor, are preferred.
