G&A Finance Temp AP Specialist

Job Description:

Will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP specialist will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.

Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.

Processing due invoices for payments.

Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.

Accounting and finance special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Skills/

Experience:


Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with accounting software and systems, such as Net Suite, Tipalti, or Concur.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts payable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient with Excel, specifically in creating pivot tables and using Lookups.
