As a Marina Boatyard Associate, you’ll be at the core of our operations, performing a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth yard and marina functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hauling, launching, blocking, and storing boats safely and efficiently.
• Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, travel lifts, pay loaders, and roll-offs.
• Performing boatyard maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, buffing, and scraping.
• Collaborating with team members and boat owners to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Assisting with mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment if experienced.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating heavy equipment such as travel lifts and forklifts (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with boat or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Facility maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks like lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in various conditions.
